Cardinal Tools, Sales & Service, Inc. started out in 1957 as Stultz Machine & Manufacturing Co. and was established by Mr. P.G. Stultz, Jr. �Initially, the company was a repair center for automotive equipment and included a full service machine shop. �In response to customer demands, Stultz Machine began to distribute new tools and equipment for the industrial and automotive markets. �In 1983 the company name was changed to Stultz Machine, Tools & Equipment, Inc. In 2014 the company was acquired by Loren D. Bruffey,SR and Cardinal Rubber & Seal Inc. and became Stultz Tools & Equipment, Inc. The name was changed to Cardinal Tools, Sales & Service, Inc. in 2016. �We have established our reputation and customer base in the automotive, construction and industrial markets as a Distributor and Service Center. �Cardinal Tools, Sales & Service, Inc. is one of the Premier Service Centers in the state of Virginia. �We also service the needs for several surrounding states. �
